Can I return an item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Kimono Collections experience. We have confidence in the quality of our products and believe you will be happy with your choice, but if for some reason you need to return something, please contact us on (61) 1300 369 506 or email us at enquiries@kimonocollections.com and we will discuss the most appropriate method of return.

Send the item back to us within 10 days and we will either replace the product, send you a credit voucher or refund its purchase price, within 30 days after we receive your product.

Our returns policy is a "voluntary" policy in addition to your statutory rights. As such, we trust that all returns are made in good faith.

If, however, Kimono Collections has reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith for whatever reason, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns under this policy. Kimono Collections's decision is final. How do I return an item? 1. Kimono Collections must receive your return within ten (10) days from the date of purchase: In its original condition and packaging with all product components included. Together with original proof of purchase; and returned with the original product tags in place and in original condition. Products that have been used or otherwise damaged will not be accepted. 2. Include a completed Return Advice Form with the returned product. 3. When items are received without the Return Advice Form, we reserve the right to issue a credit voucher as full and final satisfaction of the return. 4. You must pre-pay all returns postage. We recommend that you return the product via Australia Post Registered Post, with shipment registration and insurance. You assume any and all risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during return transit. If you wish to return a product that contains a latent defect other than disclosed wedding Kimono and Obi imperfections, has been damaged during shipment to you, or which has been sent to you in error, we request you contact us on 130 369 506 and we will arrange the shipping. If during the assessment process an item returned "reply paid" does not contain the defect claimed, has imperfections that were disclosed as part of the products collectable nature, or has not been sent in error, the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund. This policy does not apply to "sale" or "clearance". Please note that no returns or refunds will be given for these products. 5. If you do not comply with any of these terms we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept the return or provide you with a replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as affecting any statutory rights regarding refunds and returns (for example, faulty or damaged products that were not disclosed imperfections of vintage fabric). All other terms and conditions above will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without further notice. Before returning the product, please call us on 1300 369 506 to ensure the replacement item you would like is available. You do not need to pay postage again for items that were originally received faulty, damaged or in error. If you are returning a product for change of mind or a new order, you are responsible for both the return postage and the postage for the new order. Use the original shipping box and protective wrapping, so the item can return undamaged. Be sure to enclose the completed Return Advice Form (included with every package) with the product. How do I receive my refund? Your refund will be processed in the same way that you paid for your purchase. For instance, if you paid by credit card, the same credit card will be refunded. You may also choose to be refunded by voucher, which allows you to use your refund to help purchase other items.
