GO-JU is a supremely elegant handbag, in the Te-n-mi-zo style, like the ‘Sensu’ bag. 

GO-JU means fifty in Japanese and is thus called because this design harks back to the era of the 1950’s movie star.

ONE ONLY ever made.

This Obi material is created by the famous Nishi-Jin company. The yarn is extremely thin and woven in a very tight pattern. Static pictures do not do full justice to the metallic yarns threaded throughout the design.  In reality there is a diamond like sparkle to the threads as they catch the light.
